Strong communication skills with our overseas agents, knowledge of product development in soft goods, strong understanding of textiles,proven interpersonal skills, having worked with array of professionals, peers, and colleagues, and experience using Adobe Illustrator.


•Manage the scope, timing and costs of all customer development projects and work closely with the sales team, creative team and production team to meet customer expectations.
•Responsible for the overall progress of the account and ensure that production is properly coordinated with customer needs and expectations. 
•Work with the creative team to develop a presentation with pose direction and visual merchandising options to showcase product customer works with. 
•Work closely with the customer to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure a pleasant and seamless customer experience.
•Generate and send all required monthly and quarterly reports.

•	Managed all elements of product line launches including pricing, product specifications, packaging, promotions and merchandising to optimize category growth.
•	Conducted comprehensive competitive analyses. Recommended adjustments to the product in response to market trends, ensuring company maintained competitive edge both domestically and globally.
•	Managed new product development and identified new product needs to increase opportunities with retailers.
•	Implemented promotions and brand strategies to establish and maintain presence of brand in the marketplace.
•	Supervised packaging content and merchandising displays to support new and existing products.
•	Developed and presented business plans to senior level management justifying new product opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to develop a successful end product.
•	Managed product lifecycle and created tracking tools for merchandise.
•	Collaborated with the packaging team to develop dyelines and templates for the product.

Product Line Manager

•	Directed all phases of end product. Ensured product met design intent, quality requirements, and margin target.
•	Planned product assortment for upcoming seasons to help develop a successful line. Responsible for understanding trends in the marketplace and identifying sales opportunities.	
•	Managed photo shoots for the product and developed packaging to communicate features and benefits.		
•	Established relationships with clients to strengthen communication line and ensure their brands were represented properly.
•	Managed internal and external communications.
