(On-call contract) Hired on contract to be a Consultant to overhaul existing job-cost reporting for tracking all revenues and expenses on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annual and 5-year plan to serve Management, Ops, Sales and external customers on the West Coast region. Solely created advanced Excel (pivot tables, links, lookups, filters, if-then, macros and SQL scripts) and Access dashboard consisting of monthly / annual reports and ad-hoc queries. Currently, 12 Excel templates track all labor, material, burden costs, taxes, sale bonuses and gross margins related to large to small sprinkler inspections and repairs, fire alarms, kitchen hood/vents and fire extinguisher purchases, inspections and certifications. Within the Treasury Accounting group, I process all incoming checks, wires, ACH's from customers such as small storefronts, resellers to large retail conglomerate chains like Albertsons/Safeway/Haggens and other retail locations throughout the US/Hawaii. Also, assist in partial or full refunds of credit card purchases due to retail discounts, undelivered or damaged goods, customer dissatisfaction, legal or financial hardship.
