Always provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure that it is clean, shoppable, and safe. Have an emphasis on department and product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items to sell an entire project.

Responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards

Ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, brand equity, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation and merchandising. Manage the business unit during low or high volume periods, opening and closing hours, etc. The Shift Leader assumes overall responsibility for the operation of the business unit in Store Manager or Assistant Manager’s absence.
