Oversee all U.S. Sales. Responsible for growth, margins, inventory, marketing, product, etc.} Nationwide travel to Independents and Majors building and maintaining relationships.} Travel nationwide to see "family Channel" accounts after putting together special make-up and exclusive
programs} Support, train, and hire several new sales reps for all brands.

- Opened several Major businesses including DSW, Shoe Carnival, and Von Maur.
- Developed an exclusive line for Major Family Channel accounts such as Ross and Burlington.
- Suggested and developed several "inline" styles resulting in incremental sales.

MW/EC/Key Account Manager} Oversee some of our largest customers including DSW, Shoe Carnival, Von Maur, Mason, and several

Significant Contributions
- Increase sales growth of 75% in 2010. This was over an increase of 130% over the prior year.
- Took active account base from 40 to over 200 stores in the first year: including Zappos, Macy's, Piperlime,
Buckle, Sak's Off Fifth, Jimmy Jazz, Tradehome, and DSW.
- Had significant organic growth with larger accounts such as Journey's who expanded to all doors
- Developed an Anniversary Sale proposal for Nordstrom and are now represented in all stores
- Control inventory management for the company; handle all buying, stock-on hand, stock clearance
- Hired and mentored entire sales team to succeed in prime account management; demonstrated
techniques to deliver excellence in sales and product presentations and organization of merchandising
plans
