As the performance rep I was responsible for directing a crew of 13 performance fitters. These fitters were responsible for setup, club fittings, running launch monitors, as well as completing the sales cycle.

Performance Rep

Responsible for setting up the events, providing exceptional customer service, and helping more players enjoy the game! As the lead I was also responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating fitters and schedules, as well as being the point of contact during the fitting. This has been a great opportunity to help hone my fitting skills even further as well as my customer service and sales skills with a myriad of different players and ability types. Moving up to a lead position has helped me improve my management skills while taking on new challenges.

-Part of a team that has achieved 110% of its sales goal for 2022

  throughout the territory at key accounts
-Lead fitter on Engage system for Northern CO territory to better assist

Master Performance Fitter-Fitting Lead

Field Fitting Rep

Helping to change golf games through video lessons and club fittings. Lessons are given based on video analysis of a golfers swing, with motion measurements used to help better understand swing faults. After lessons are given, students are then fit for their golf clubs so that those clubs better work for their game, and don't hinder them from making the necessary changes to play better golf.

-Utilized the internal CRM system to foster long-lasting relationships with customers
-Led center to highest promotional period sales and yearly sales since the center opened 
-Achieved consecutive positive year-over-year individual sales goal growth, lesson counts, renewal

Three days after starting at Red Rocks I was promoted into the golf shop and a few days later was promoted to merchandiser/buyer. My duties included:

Running the Sr. Interclub tournament
Running Ladies Interclub Tournament
Receiving merchandise
Placing Special Orders
Executing an open to buy plan
Merchandising the shop
Creating fill in and new orders for the shop
Various club repair tasks such as reshafts, regripping, loft/lie, etc
Teaching lessons to juniors, ladies, and men
Assisting with junior camps and clinics
Took a very hands on role in our member/member and member/guest tournaments
Helped run outside Monday outings
Scheduling for the Outside Services crew while being mindful of their budget

Asst Golf Professional/Merchandise Buyer/Merchandiser

Started as a sales associate and then a supervisor position became available and I was promoted to the role. There the crew consisted of three sales associates, two supervisors, and a store manager. I was responsible for opening/closing the store, change orders, deposits, reporting, merchandising, stocking, as well as many other retail duties.
