It has been going on for seven years in working in the fashion industry, from the early days of interning to working with brands achieving sales goals to being able to create fun projects with great friends.

Regional Merchant Lead

Account Executive

•  Generated new business through successful networking, trade show attending, and cold calling, resulting in me exceeding my quarterly sales goals by 10-20% per brand.
•  Copywriting as well as brand strategies to assist in generating additional revenue.
• Utilize organization and communication skills to manage six brands (Bricks&Wood, Crenshaw Skate Club, RiverIsWild, J$, Norwood, & 20/20 Collections) over 100 accounts globally, including determining wholesale and retail prices, coordinating and executing sales meetings, and meeting production deadlines for in-season inventory.
• Input data into the company database and drafted emails and monthly newsletters (MailChimp) for clients and potential clients.

Co Owner/Account Executive

•   Making over 100 cold calls and cold emails per day, averaging two appointments per week.
•   Collating and maintaining client information in Salesforce.
•   Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

Business Development Associate

•  Manage and balance 12 promotional project budgets per month to avoid exceeding assigned quotas, unnecessary expenditures, forecasting, accounting errors, required ROI, etc.
• Create content and experiences designed to generate interest, acquire loyal new customers, and retain preexisting clients while achieving ROI percentages above 500 %.
• Work alongside our business communication manager in creating an internal communication page with all departments ensuring all communication outlets are correct in the Jive.
• Gather customer and marketing insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversion, and generate more qualified leads.
• Working in partnership with the creative team, copywriting, developing creative briefs, and guiding creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
• Coordinate on-premise activations with accounts such as Dodgers & LAFC to bring impact to new and existing sponsors, including but not limited to signage creative, placement, internet marketing, etc.
· Work with the legal department to execute deal memos and agreements.
· Create all plans (production, promotion, logistics) of all events.
· Develop Press Release to send to all partners for every release.

Promotions Special Event Coordinator

•	Telemarketing buyers to attend trade show for Hall Of Flowers and LA Mens Market.
•	Booking certain buyers with flights, hotel, and appointments.
•	Ensuring that vendors had all products with them, while providing high level of customer service to buyers and vendors.
•	Making sure that the trade show visual was exceptional.

Marketing Intern

•	Monitoring sales goals through KPI reports and forecasting.
•	Individually averaging $300 of sales in product.
•	Visual merchandising and building of displays, provided assistance in the launch of Nike+ app to consumers and employees.
•	Leader in digital Nike+ membership sign ups, developmental training to over 100 employees weekly on company topics, product technology, and customer service techniques.

Footwear/Apparel Specialist

•	Managing inventory through Full Circle.
•	Monitoring KPI reports, payroll, and scheduling for an average of 10 employees.
•	Collaborating with district manager weekly on sales data and conversion rate.
•	Temporary Hurley sub sale rep: assisting sales rep to conduct accurate information for prices, product information, and features to facilitate purchasing at Agenda Trade Show.

Sales Lead

•	Achieving quota from 23% to 30%
•	Manage the sales team, in conducting price points, and figuring out the total cost of the golf tournament.
•	Strategically planning/assigning 30 classmates’ potential buyers for golf tournament, while creating a prompt for the class, to guide them in selling tickets.
•	Selling 8 golf tickets to buyers, at the price of $450 each.

Sales Team Lead

•	Sold a total of 15 tickets in four days for comedy event.
•	Lead of Talent Management, making sure the comedians were taken care of.
•	Coordinator of the event, assigning classmates on what to put on the stage, how to put it.
•	Achieving cross promotion from Coyote Radio.   
•	Street Marketing Team.
