• Consumer packaged goods sales across multiple categories including Fishing, Hunting, Athletic, Bike, Camping, RV, Marine, Lawn & Garden, Hardware, Sports Licensing, Souvenir, Etc; • Manage all aspects of district sales & service by directing field resources to achieve corporate sales, budget and service objectives with the ultimate goal of driving retail productivity; • Use a variety of sales support/technology tools to direct team’s daily activities with the focus on exceeding the operational, sales, promotional and merchandising direction of the retail partner; • Progressive expansion of sales force and territory size to approximately 40 Territory Managers and Field Service Representatives across 14 Western/Northern states. • Field Sales Lead for Fred Meyer/Kroger, Walmart AK & HI, AAFES AK/HI, and Rite Aid working with buyers/planners on line reviews, assortment selection, POG/MOD creation, operational direction, replenishment, forecasting & budgeting.
