•   Full cycle accounting for MEDIchair franchise and license business, including maintained fix asset schedules,

•   Presented budget, actual, and historical variance analysis of P&L accounts on a monthly basis to the CFO
•   Proposed internal control process improvement, such as A/R, A/P, EFT, ACH and wire payment procedures and ensured collections and payments were processed on timely basic
•   Assisted in tax and external annual audit, such as providing support documents, answering queries,
reconciliations and adjusting entries
•   Involved in six business acquisitions, including preparing Purchase Price Allocation, created contingent
liability and accretion expense schedule, calculated FMV adjustment as necessary, and reviewed earn out
payments
•   Involved in system conversion projects: managed data cleanup and data migration for chart of accounts,
customers and vendors sub ledgers, and merged 6 accounting systems into NAV
•   Trained new staff

Created A/R collection schedule to keep track of commission receivable from builders or brokerages, and other
receivables such as franchise fee and annual fee
•   Generated revenue forecast schedule for business strategy planning
•   Followed payment schedule to ensure timely and accurate payments
