Media Campaign Manager

• Manage the trafficking, processing and quality checking of every ad and editorial page. Identified issues and errors prior to shipping magazine to the printer.
• Map each issue showing placement of ad and edit pages. Instruct printer on production of every issue with prepared printing instructions.
• Facilitate all inputs from advertising, ad art department, editorial, order entry and consumer marketing in order to complete the final version of the magazine.
• Manage external vendors, including pre-press, ad agencies and printers, ensuring time lines are agreed upon and deadlines are met to complete projects.
• Prepare post-production paperwork: Print reviews, invoice approvals and production on meeting deadlines.
• Create print and digital client advertising as well as in house collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Provide customer service to clients and their media agencies.
