Key Responsibility * Overarching * Oversee the entire Quality Process, in conjunction with Headquarter (Germany) and individual ALDI countries' (Germany, Austria, UK, Australia, USA, China) quality processes * Monthly communication with Headquarter and individual countries Quality Team * Manage 3rd party test houses - quarterly performance review and bi-annual tendering * Sample room management - the resource management, defining sample logistic and equipment purchasing * Strategy Planning * Define the Quality Strategy, identify the corresponding roadmap, expanding team structure and functions in supporting the Business: * "Library" - Sample management * "One-stop Shop" - In-house test centralization * Resource utilization - Service Technician team restructuring * "Product Master" - product quality database creation * People Management * Lead a team of 15 * 1 Quality Manager, 1 CR Manager; 1 Supervisor Service Technician * 3 Specialists, 7 Service Technicians and 2 Warehouse Operators

Key Responsibility * Quality Assurance * Identify the quality requirement, potential quality issues, and corresponding action plan in order to mitigate the risk from potential orders * Partner with Sourcing Manager for the factory selection at tender stage, by considering the factory's quality control level, production capability and Corporate Responsibility (CR) compliance throughout the factory visits * Budget the cost on each individual project at tender stage covering relevant Quality Control Actions and After Sale Service (ASS) * Quality Control * Manage all project plans, monitors and reviews project progress and timelines, adjusts schedules and plans as needed, and resolves issues to ensure project success * Take care of the product quality issue raised by Headquarter / Countries and customer complaints, conducting root-cause analysis and provide the corrective and preventive actions * People management * Supervise a Quality Specialist in taking care the artwork and User Manual creation, and sample approval process * Lead one Service Technician to conduct the sample evaluation throughout the entire Sourcing process

Key Responsibility * Work directly with Account Manager of Sales Office and Client QA / Engineering Team to establish all the required standards / product performances, and review the technical documents on each product development project * Provide technical support to establish the product performance test protocol for product design validation, and * Coach the factories / suppliers to have proper QA processes from development phase to mass production stage

Key Responsibility * Establish Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Product Quality Manual (PQM) * Provide technical support during the product development stages: * Support New Product Development (NPD) and Merchandising team to establish necessary product performance test protocol with testing laboratories for product design validation * Coach Suppliers to establish the entire QA process from product / process development to mass production stages * Manage 3rd parties service providers - cost and performance

Key Responsibility * Lead a team on handling all the new semi-conductor product development and manage in terms of projects' cost, quality and timeline * As Project Leader to manage the products transfer from HK factory to China (Dongguan) factory * Conduct Suppliers' on-site audit in reviewing the technology roadmap and capability, and QA/QC system

Key Responsibility * New process development of the automotive motor products and improvement projects under the QS9000 framework * Perform feasibility study on process development project and execute process and specification review and verification * Responsible for process transfer from overseas manufacturing plants to China factory

Key Responsibility * Development and qualification on new products * Prepare relevant documents for the mass production * Daily process monitoring in accordance of ISO9000 and QS9000 system requirement, that handling the customers' complaints, Process Capability Study, customers' audit activities, etc.
