Managing USA & European customers with overall team of 19 merchandiser and 03 direct reporting managers 
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for merchandising concept. 
Present budget planning and financial forecast to finance team and manage the financial success by meeting the target sales. 
Meeting prospective buyers/buying house and convert developments into orders. Developing sales goal and ensuring they achieve, partner with design team & buyer to develop product line.
Order generation, tap new buyers, capacity management, and develop new business opportunity. Ensures business targets are being met. 
Follow up of enquiries, product finalization communicating with buying offices on all the issues of orders and traveling to buying offices on business meetings, attending buyer meetings.
