North American Brand Manager; LIGHTWEIGHT Cycling Products

Key responsibilities included overseeing branding, marketing initiatives while simultaneously overseeing sales team, creating revenue through acquisition of new business and maintaining overall sales strategies. All the while maintaining a full book of business. Accounts varied from small OEM, large OEM, specialty online retail and international distributors. Other responsibilities included forecasting, reporting, product development, branding and sports marketing/sponsorships.
Over time of employment, helped Reynolds rebrand and refocus on a grand scale on all levels of business from distribution to product and branding.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities included overseeing domestic sales with a focus in specialty and independent retail segments. Motivating and managing independent sales reps, working with retailers, building/maintaining business relationships, working with marketing and VP of Sales on promotions and initiatives to increase revenue. Additional duties include assisting sales analysts to forecast, key account management, and regular travel to domestic territories to reinforce business relationships. Key achievement; successfully adjusting to a different market, directly impacting/increasing sales in independent, specialty and internet retail segments.

Domestic Sales Manager

Responsibilities included new business acquisition, account management, servicing International distributors, domestic and house accounts. Duties included partnering with logistics personnel, managing outside sales reps, and creating sales strategies that align with current product and marketing initiatives. Daily maintenance of professional relationships through teamwork, organization, communication, education of product knowledge, exceptional customer service, product delivery and follow up.

International Sales Manager

Responsibilities included inside account management, customer service, maintaining professional relationships and growing a 24 state territory with only one outside sales representative.
Also served as an outside sales rep to the immediate territory i.e. NC, SC, GA and TN.
Key Achievement- showed 30% growth over previous year.

Central United States and South East regional Sales Representative

Responsibilities included account management, customer service, working in tandem with sales management and outside sales reps to maintain professional relationships and generate revenue.  Additional responsibilities included maintaining all South American accounts. Key Achievement- growing territory to 42% of total bike revenue.
