Robert is a multi-talented professional with a demonstrated history across retail, wholesale, B2B, and ecommerce. His ability to identify, develop, launch, and scale new revenue channels has resulted in exponential revenue growth, brand equity, and market leadership.

Robert has played an integral role in business operations and strategy. His collaborative approach towards improving efficiency, productivity, and performance across an organization has resulted in several successful market introductions and product launches.

Robert began his career in Silicon Valley where he gained valuable experience implementing growth strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success. He has strong business and financial acumen and enjoys operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Led the successful transition from wholesale to DTC business model resulting in a 13% increase in gross profit over 24-mo period, improved inventory turn, and enhanced customer experience
• Developed and continually optimized global supply chain to include vendor selection, lean
manufacturing systems, technology integration, inventory management, and distribution
• Built and anchored dynamic teams, developed talent, empowered growth across all segments of the organization; review and make improvements to org structure based on skills and needs
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business to include strategic planning, business
development, ecommerce, creative, HR, supply chain, IT, finance, and legal
• Drive product strategy, innovation, development, and manufacturing across all categories of seasonal
apparel, custom apparel, and special make up (SMU)
• Product lifecycle management (PLM) responsibility for 10,000+ SKUs, defining user requirements and translation into functional, production viable specifications
