Directly reporting to the SVP.  Member of Loblaw Digital Leadership team. In charge of all warehouse/distribution, logistics and supply chain functions across Canada. Responsible for hiring, training and implementing procedures to 3PL's and 150 Click and Collect store locations, managing a staff of 18 direct and 1,800 indirect associates and a $80M operating budget, annual sales $460MM.
Achievements include:
? Performed RFP, developed end to end process, implemented roll-out with 3PLs supporting Joe Fresh retail stores & on-line eCommerce for Canada and USA under budget by 5% and on time
? "Green Field" Start-up eCommerce Store Operations within Loblaw Bricks & Mortar retail store adding in a "store in a store" concept for ordering groceries on-line, customer pick up in store for 150 stores across Canada with $250MM sales
? Ecommerce Operations startup for Joe Fresh Apparel, accessories and footwear launched in spring 2014 across Canada and USA under budget 3% and on time with $200MM sales
? Ecommerce Operations startup for Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutique launched in summer 2015 across Canada under budget 7% and on time with $10MM sales
? Developed strategy with milestones for 2 - 5 year plan for Click and Collect growth to 2,400 locations incorporating in a "hub and spoke" model

HEAD OF OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN -ECOMMERCE & OMNICHANNEL

Reporting to the CEO.  In charge of manufacturing, distribution and supply chain functions across 4 facilities.  Operating 24/7 processing orders within 24 hours for next day delivery. Implemented LEAN initiatives to deliver operational results involving 12 direct reports with 1,300 indirect associates, annual sales $500 MM
Achievements include:
? Increased order capacity by 12%, producing 2 million packs per week with 300 delivery trucks
? Improvement on Customer Metrics, as company is a pure play online service (On Time delivery 15%, damages <1%)
? Reduction of Overtime 40% and employee turnover <10% by redefining metrics for improved cost per pack utilizing scheduling of labor programs.
? Streamlining system and facility material handling improvements (Capex, Order Mgmt., WM)  on stocking, picking, packing efficiencies throughout the facility

P&L accountability for a $65M budget.   Distribute over 1 million pairs/units of footwear, apparel per week with multi- channel business unit, annual sales $1.2 B.
Achievements include:
? Executive sponsor for implementation of eCommerce platform  process from end to end
? Reduced cost per unit by 25% with hands on implementation regarding 30,000 pick slotting process increasing service level to achieve 24 hour turn
? Reduced payroll cost by 30% by implementing a model for Labor management (Daily Workload Plan) with pay for performance programs.
? Cost and transit time reduced by +30% for all Trans Pacific shipments from factory to destination.
? Delivered under budget (4%) and on-time opening of a  greenfield Distribution/office site (500k sq. ft.) in Ontario California from cradle to grave with site selection, material handling equipment, hired management staff (8), hired hourly staff (300) while relocating from current location.
? Lead roll out implementation/utilization of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management system interfaced with JD Edwards E1 ERP globally on time and on budget.
