Duties include: Acknowledge all guests while working on sales floor, stock all                       merchandise in correct locations, process return to warehouse and inter-company transfer product in backroom, communicate to Department Lead or store manager any over-stock issues, prepare and assist with store inventory,  operate pallet jack & forklift certified, assist guests by loading purchases in a safe & secure manner, verify accuracy of pull tag merchandise with register receipts, prepare for and assist with store inventory.

Duties included: Supervised 10 employees, enthusiastically & graciously greeted customers, advised 50,000 guests on recommended products & services over a 9 year period, handled customer complaints and ensured high customer satisfaction standards in a professional manner, received, stocked & inventoried delivered items, unpacked items to be placed in storeroom, verified inventory computations by comparing to physical counts of stock and investigated discrepancies & adjusted errors, examined and inspected items for damage, shipped & received inventory including FedEx & UPS.

Service Technician/Team Training Manager

Duties included: Provided guest assistance while maintaining an organized, cleaned and assisted in creating a great-looking store by zoning floor merchandise.

Duties included: Supervision of 10 employees, developed effective communication skills through conducting face to face, phone & focus group interviews, taught agency briefing on research projects to employees, assigned & monitored interviewer daily locations, demographically categorized & tallied respondent responses for client reports, created spreadsheets relating current product to daily interviews, general office duties, typed average 30 WPM.
