Customer Service Representative

Process EDI orders for major retail chains i.e. Wal-Mart, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Overstock.com, Academy.com, Target,
Wal-Mart Canada. Packed shipments, prepared routing instructions, invoicing, and raw data reading. Create weekly
reports in excel of profits/losses, labor costs, fixed costs, shipping projections, etc. Constant communication with buyers and sales reps regarding orders, production/pre-production, packaging, etc. Ship goods domestically and internationally
(including preparing Commercial Invoice and Certificate of Origin paperwork). Handled customer service for new and
re-orders. Entered orders in GP system. Assisted sales reps with purchase orders and returns. In charge of approving

Retail Support Supervisor
