Roberto Fiamenghi: Local Sourcing and Development in Guarujá, SP

Responsible for planning and buying collections of RC Brazil Supporting the Product Team during request for quotation and sourcing activity; Responsible for reviewing history of sales and perform every style based on their sell out; Development of partnerships and price negotiations with suppliers; Organizing supplier kickoff and monthly reviews; Manage supplier readiness; Negotiate changes and other terms and conditions with suppliers to obtain the best return at the most cost effective prices possible while retaining quality specifications. Coordination of all imports for samples of RCB Daily contact with suppliers from all regions, coordinating deadline of production, shipments and clearance of the samples until delivery at warehouse; Placement of orders and following procedures to clearance the receiving of the orders.

Responsible for coordinating and planning import purchase orders. Monitoring, operation and clearance of foreign trade processes; Analysis and control of operations documents, customs regimes and exchange; Development of logistics routines in order to reduce costs and better agility; Interface between customers and suppliers looking for a better flow of information.
