I have 6 years of Purchasing and monitoring experience over 60 different brands each season. -Review inventory levels and purchase order buys daily 60,000 plus skus.
-Update promotion pages on e-commerce website. 
-Track inbound freights and orders for on time delivery of product into warehouse.
-Review and negotiate vendor pricing at the same time develop relationship with key vendors.
-Analyze sales and purchasing trends to help plan and execute strategies in demand.
-Manage e-commerce website from descriptions, pricing, organization and marketing.
-Manage the flow of new product launches on a seasonal and monthly basis across 60 brands.
-Develop monthly reports for retail store and e-commerce websites for RMSA solutions to uncover 
 data-driven inventory planning, detailed forecasts and predictive retail analytics to maximize cash flow.
-Review vendor invoices for discrepancies; processed invoices in a timely manner.
-Negotiate price, quantity, terms, and delivery across all vendors.
-Interpret delivery schedules, inventory reports, and purchase orders to determine type and 
 quantity of inventory required, availability of stock, and order priority
-Work directly with Shipping/Receiving Department to ensure proper inventory arrives.
-Work directly with Customer Service Department to ensure products are available via drop 
 shipping or other methods if not in inventory to meet existing order fulfillment requirements.
-Develop sales and markdown plans in order to meet financial goal.
-Provide and demonstrate selling techniques. Execute floor moves and maximize POS 
 collateral, process new inventory and identifying product opportunities.
-Review business with Store Manager to identify immediate and ongoing opportunities and issues.

Buyer

-Establish weekly sales goals for the team, with specific personal goals by Sales Specialist 
-Monitoring and maintenance of clientele books 
-Providing and demonstrating selling techniques 
-Reviewing incentive updates. 
-Execute floor moves and maximize point-of-sale collateral.
-Timely processing of new inventory, price changes and markdowns.
-Completing Polo Sales Dashboard report weekly.
-Identifying product opportunities to the stores and Polo teams. 
-Review business with Store Manager and ASM to identify immediate and ongoing opportunities
-Partner with Store Human Resources with any staffing issues.
