Over 15 years global experience in the realm of creative recruitment, talent acquisition management, academia, consultation and mentorship. Design is part of my DNA and I have a genuine passion for what I do. 

At the renowned Parsons School of Design, I was the Associate Director of Career Services for 9 years, acting as the bridge between creative talent and the design industry, alongside advising countless students and alumni on career strategy. Also represented Parsons globally, recruiting students, hosting portfolio reviews, attending industry conferences.
