Accounts Payable Lead

I am an accounts payable clerk with previous retail experience at a skate shop called Active Ride Shop and with Herschel Supply Co. working as an operations assistant.

Accounts payable lead duties including: supervising check runs, reviewing AP data entry, auditing,  coding invoices, PO matching, shipping, receiving, communicating with vendors to retrieve w-9s and invoices, and constantly working between two types of AP software: Lawson and Meditech.

Accounts Payable Clerk

Focused on inventory of samples. Maintained the showroom in a presentable fashion. Served as a runner for coworkers. Attended tradeshows and acted as a brand ambassador for potential clients. Used FedEx and UPS to ship samples to retailers and influencers. Provided customer service to influencers.

Work with influencers and celebrities by providing them with promo items in order to accelerate the brand. Work with sales representatives in order to send sample products to desired retailers. Attend and work at trade shows in order to help promote the brand and its new products. Keep track of inventory in storage. Make sure the showroom always looks presentable to customers/clients. Ship orders through UPS and FedEx.
