Responsible for providing organized support to the Production Manager, working on running the day-to-day of the department. • Maintain knowledge of overall department to be resourceful to cross-functional team members (Design, Sales, Marketing and Operations). • Communicate daily with merchandisers and factories to ensure outstanding issues are addressed and orders are being produced to approval standards and meeting delivery. Monitor timely approval of components to support on-time deliveries. • Actively studying WIP's and Time and Action calendar to assist with monitoring production timeline. • Work with freight forwarder / 3PL to ensure overseas deliveries have all documentation for clearance with customs.

Responsible for preparing documentation, maintained records, and coordinated logistics for product shipments. • Scheduled and coordinated both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions. • Prepared shipping paperwork as well as completed shipping transactions in appropriate systems. • Customer Service: - Acted as first point of contact to third party sales agency and customers. Issued daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manor, ensure all queries were responded to third party sale agency and international customers. • Spearhead implementation of Blast Ramp could base ERP solutions.
