I am a focused, passionate and strategic leader with over 29 years of accomplished experience in the IT/ITES industry. My global experience spans across 7 years in USA, 2 years in Switzerland, 2 years in Japan in a customer facing role and 18 years in India & I have been awarded by” Asia Outsourcing Congress” as the “30 most talented leaders in Outsourcing”. •	Built Shared Services from grounds up (800+ staff) delivering IT services, Digital services and Business process management services with total business impact of £87m as benchmarked by Everest Group.
•	Signed "Advance Pricing Agreement" with government of India to get tax certainty for 9 years and leveraged government schemes to manage tax costs to less than 1% of operating cost.
•	Won several accolades (16 since 2014 out of which 12 are external) for work practices and diversity/inclusion practices leading to higher productivity (12% year on year) and high staff engagement scores (highest across British Council).
•	Delivered year on year 15% saving on fixed price budget over the exec approved budget. In year 2009, £1.23m GBP savings with direct increase in bottom-line. Also, £0.96m worth of risk provision was unused. Accelerated offshore to 90%.
•	Build the TCS relationship with Eli Lilly from grounds up starting in 2001 and by 2005 Eli Lilly was TCS's 5th largest account worldwide. The revenue growth for TCS at that time was transformational to reach $53 million annually in 4 years. The teams were delivering services from Indianapolis and 2 offshore delivery centers (Noida and Bangalore) - 600+ staff.


for British Council & Managing Director of British Council fully owned subsidiary, BC Management Services Pvt. Ltd. I was also on the board of another British Council subsidiary, BC Events and Promotions Pvt Ltd., for a period of 3 years during its initial set-up.
• Built Shared Services from the ground up (800+ staff) delivering (1) IT, which includes GSD, Operations support and maintenance, Application development, ERP (SAP), Testing COE, IT service management, Vendor management 2) Business Process Management, which includes back office, mid office and front office, i.e., Finance shared service, India Contact Centre, Clerical Marking and HR Shared Services, 3) Digital Services, which include Digital Analytics COE, Digital  Automation COE (Robotic Process Automation) 4) SSC also moved up the  value  chain, delivering key  programs for British Council such as the British Council Shared Services Strategy.
• Delivered a business impact of £87m as benchmarked by Everest Group

Business Unit Head of India Application Portfolio Management, IT offshore Delivery Services (APM DS), delivering services to key clients – BT, O2, Lloyds bank, Whitbread, Boots, First Caribbean International bank and Steria Internal systems. Additional responsibility of India Vertical Head for Telco/Media since Nov’2009.
•	Build and managed high performing large multicultural teams focused on client success. Under the Application Portfolio Management, the teams were responsible for IT offshore delivery to strategic UK customers - BT, O2, Lloyd bank, Whitbread, Boots, First Caribbean International bank & Steria internal systems. Under Telco/Media vertical the teams were responsible for Finance & Accounting delivery to BBC and BT. The teams (1000+) were based in Noida, Pune and Chennai.
•	Delivered year on year 15% saving on fixed price budget over the exec approved budget by leading continual improvement, automation, innovation and offshoring. In year 2009, £1.23m GBP savings with direct increase in bottom-line. Also, £0.96m worth of risk provision was unused.
•	Enabled transfer of control to India. India team moved from a support organization to a strategic partner. Accelerated offshoring to 90%. 18-month plan executed in 6 months
