•	Provide CIO services to each client ensuring company goals and growth are met 
•	Account Manager – visit each client weekly to ensure their overall needs are being met.
•	Manage all IT and Business solutions for each client, which includes SBS 2003-2008, Exchange 2000-2007, all Microsoft OS’s, Email, Office products, and small databases.
•	Stabilize the environment of each client to minimize IT support so that they can focus on future company growth.
•	Coordinate all Project Management and business solutions including accounting and customer service.  Sit down with each client and create a project plan to help them achieve their goals in order to grow.
•	Make recommendations on new software and hardware upgrades and then perform upgrades.  This includes setting up virtual servers and machines for development.
•	Install and configure all new hardware.
•	Network migrations to virtual environments using VMware software.
•	Sales – up sale clients on new products software to achieve better performance.
•	Constantly analyze overall company to see how it can improve in performance and minimize overhead.
•	Create and implement a disaster recovery plan for each client to assure minimal downtime.
