• Explain to parents the value and benefits of the junior ski and or snowboard trade program. • Work closely with toddlers to teens from ages 4 – 16 to fit and size them with skis, snowboards, bindings and boots for the junior trade program. This would entail fitting them with the proper sized boots and skis or snowboards for the season. This included product from both our used or upselling to our new inventory. • Explain to adults and parents the different options available to them for our daily rental program. • Size adults and children from toddler to teens for our daily rental program. This would include sizing them for boots and skis or snowboards, helmets and poles. • Work with guests to help find junior clothing (ski or snowboard jackets and pants, base layers, gloves and socks). • Helped guests pick the best helmets for them based on fit, comfort and appearance.
