• Project and Event Management – Managed creation and implementation of virtually all departmental platforms, including coordinating 2,430 games annually, departmental reporting procedures, and strategic partnership development between MLB and all third parties (MLB.com, team owners, umpires’ union, media, etc.)
• Marketing and Consultation – Managed communication, partnerships, and all internal and external resources, as well as served as a liaison and collaborative consultant to other sports leagues (NBA, FIFA, Rugby AUS, Cricket International, etc.)
• Data Analysis – Served as the lead analyst on all replay-related data, resulting in a total understanding and optimization of the instant replay department

• Created and distributed press releases for sponsorship, community relations, and basketball operations
announcements
• Supported local and national media in editorial and public relations inquiries
• Coordinated player media interviews and public appearances
• Managed the Sue Bird 10-year anniversary marketing campaign across in-market and gameday digital platforms
