Hello!  

My name is Roxanne and I am a graphic artist/illustrator.  I was working as the marketing director/graphic designer at a commercial real estate company called Lee & Associates Los Angeles - Long Beach, Inc. where I recreated the look of their brochure templates, investment packages, email blasts, and more all while maintaining and upholding the Lee & Associates brand.  I am currently looking for something within the field of more graphic design/illustration and would like to learn and grow within a company.  Prior to working at Lee, I was a merchandise hostess for two years at the Disneyland Resort/Disney California Adventure resort.

Created marketing brochures, email blasts to expose agents' listings, and drawing site plans/maps/aerials. Upheld the Lee & Associates' brand while recreating a new look for brochure templates, email blasts, and investment packages. Other tasks would included preparing presentations by powerpoint, monitor the Lee Website to make sure correct listings and agents' profiles were up to date, typing and finalizing legal documents, as well as answering phone calls and providing information to clients as needed.

Marketing Director/Graphic Designer

Assisted guests with any merchandise inquiries any inquiries about the park in general. Created the best and magical experiences for guests with an upbeat and approachable attitude. Responsible for the recovery of the store and the visual representation of the store. Operated embroidery machine to embroider ear hats, handled cash during transactions for guests, and also guest service and did guest control for parades, marathons, CHOC Walks, and other special events.

Merchandise Hostess

Managed merchandise such as soft goods, art supplies, and textbooks while also assisting customers in need of help. Lifted heavy boxes and helped pull orders on will call for textbooks and demonstrating the ability to understand WinPrism, a computer software that helps verify items.
