Freelance Production Assistant

Hello,
I am a currently compliance analyst at a multinational financial institution, and have 4 years of experience in the corporate sector. During this time I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to intern at the Fruition Los Angeles location, which has been a stepping stone in diversifying my work experience. During my time with Fruition I was able to aid in social media marketing as well create an analytics system, which would aid with inventory. Shorty after my tenure with Fruition I had an opportunity to work with Optimist LA as a freelance production assistant.  My involvement with Optimist has included working in activations for Nike and the Jordan brand. The aforementioned experiences have left an impact on me, so much so that i passionate seek work where my skills set and interest intersect. It is my goal to be able to make a living doing something i enjoy and am genuinely interested in.

•Monitor customer activity including, but not limited to ACH transactions, monetary instrument purchases, potential OFAC matches, ATM activity cash transactions and wire activity.
• Identify suspicious/unusual behavior patterns.
• Perform wire, remote deposit capture (RDC) and CIP compliance reviews. Prepare written summaries of findings following established BSA guidelines.
• Assist the BSA Department with the preparation of electronic reports and complex Excel spreadsheets.
•Perform other duties as assigned

BSA Analyst I

• Assist with event production for high profile clientele in sportswear market.
• Engage consumers at grassroots level to provide product education.
• Provide premium brand experience to emerging sports talent by engaging them in a series of activities.

•	Provide general support to a team of compliance analysts to aid in financial investigation
•	Facilitate financial and background research on a multitude of clients and non clients alike
•	Develop and maintain relationships with branches to obtain financial data
•	Receive and process Suspicious Activity Reports from both branches and departments
•	Work with a variety of state of the art Anti-Money Laundering systems
•	Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring internal operating systems and procedures

Business Service Representative

• Assist Optimist producers with activations for clientele 
• Work directly with consumers to provide branding experience
• Assume a multitude of rolls depending on client’s need
• Experience in branding and activation for Nike and Brand Jordan products

•	Pursue Consumer relationships with general consumer and fashion oriented clientele
•	Aid with the creative Direction of Social Media
•	Monitor and understand both present and past fashion trends
•	Take and edit photos for blog and other social media outlets
•	Facilitate analytics system to monitor customer shopping trends

Intern

•	Pulled finanicial data for analyst on a request basis using a multiude of datbases and systems
•	Managed and maintained files and records
•	Maintain relationships with archive Company to facilitate the storage of records and investigative files.
•	Aid in the the spreading and proofreading of financial data of high profile cases

Temporary Administrative Assistant

•	Tutor and mentor at-risk youth via an online system
•	Aid in the development of critical educational skills
•	Local outreach to create awareness of program
•	Facilitate college tours to schools who's student body required special attention

Online Tutor

•	Plan and promote events for transfer students in the "Village" living quarters.
•	Represent over 500 transfer students
•	Aid in the logistics of events
•	conceptualize ideas 
•	Use social media to promote and inform student body of activities

Event Coordinator

•	Provided general public, law enforcement and legal personal with court information
•	Retrieved files from archive center and court houses
•	Maintain records division by facilitating proper delivery of files to archive center
