Consumer product development including eyewear, sporting goods, and consumer electronics. 

Over 15 years successfully managing, developing, and launching new products.

Directing collaborative teams including ID, PLM, engineering to meet product launch goals.

Program/product plan creation and maintenance following executive directives.

Oversight of program/product documents including budgets, project costs, product cost models, bills of materials, testing requirements, and quality control.

Creation of conceptual designs, product strategies, and commercialization of product lines.

2D & 3D CAD file creation, development, prototyping processes, and final part refinement.

Understanding and utilization of  DFM (design for manufacturing) process. 

Development specialization using multi-material injection moulded processes utilizing the latest technologies and finishing processes. 

Creation and lifecycle management of many types of prototyping and production tools. 

Vendor selection, managing domestic/international factory relationships to establish product specifications, quality, costs, and maintain timelines. 20+ trips each to Europe and Asia.

 Defining and developing all types of displays, packaging, and technical sales training materials.

Products/Programs designed, developed and successfully launched for:
 Nike, Native Eyewear, Orvis, Cabelas, Bass Pro, Swiss Army, Bolle, Pugs, Revision Military.
