• Managed business fundamentals and S&OP process for $40MM business including consumption tracking (IRI and SPINS), pricing and promotion strategy, demand planning and collaborating with supply chain, finance, and other cross functional partners
• Delivered 50% growth on Slow Kettle Brand via launch of high performing line extensions, new pricing strategy, and 40% distribution gains through partnership with sales team.
• Managed $4 million marketing plan including TV advertising test, consumer promotion plan, Walmart.com digital partnership as well as managing agency relationship.
• Margin Management project lead identifying $1.1 million (138% of target) in cost savings via product, packaging and supply chain initiatives.

• Delivered a Refrigerated Entree category assessment and product line recommendation including product positioning, pricing, and establishment of new manufacturing capabilities.
• Developed go to market strategy for Campbell Single Serve Pouch, a line of frozen soups in our patented vented pouch that was to be launched across multiple foodservice channels.
• Managed Sales Operating Planning process for $144MM Retail Perimeter business with annual growth of 6.4% and consumer promotion plan for our two largest private label customers.
• Successfully collaborated with sales to acquire two new customers worth $1.8 million sales and led the cross functional team responsible for the commercialization and launch strategy of both initiatives.
• Led new product development for private label refrigerated soup business drawing on culinary trends, category analysis, and consumer research to deliver on trend new varieties to grocery, mass, and club channels.

Associate Brand Manager

•  Managed a 3 month test of Danone’s MyAcitivia Machine in 6 Subway restaurants in Northern Ireland; responsibilities included creative development, consumer research plan, P&L management, and coordinating supply chain and test logistics.
• Organized two Danone Frozen Yogurt Bars and developed operation guide with external agency to execute the pop up bars to promote new frozen yogurt venture.
