assorted by Guess US buyers
* Organize and lead presentation of mainline apparel to US, International and Licensing team in classrooms and NY
Market, and assort styles buying channels are proceeding with
* Lead Guess Brand Wholesale Best Sellers Meeting to the Guess Brand Retail Buyers monthly

* Facilitate and maintain the process of US Styles bought by Europe through communication between EU Buyers & EU Operations from Guess Inc. Sourcing & Guess Inc. Merchants on style updates and changes.
* Managing the shipping process through Europe's system SCMi and composing assortment sheet for them to have
all style information on one document
* Oversee the invoicing for shipments through Essentus and bill back Europe account.
* Manage the process of the Fabric Buy Calendar as well as communicating updates and alerts to the 11 international
Buying Channels and Sourcing
* Responsible for Ad Hoc reporting: Adoption Reports, Volume Reports, Vendor Compliance Report, etc
* Run Late Delivery (MPR300 & PR365) meeting weekly with production teams all brands (Guess Brand, Factory and GbyGuess) and provide snap shots/recaps for top management's review

Global Markets Analyst/Guess Europe Merchant

* Facilitate move-ins and move-outs between tenant and leasing manager
* Provide due measures for maintenance and modifications of the campus
* Maintain current and complete certificate of insurances for the tenants and vendors

Tenant Services Coordinator/Property Management
