As Chief Strategy Officer at webe kälm, I spearheaded the development of an innovative child-calming product, overseeing key aspects of the project. My role involved crafting and executing a comprehensive brand strategy, managing the entire product lifecycle, and spearheading the creation of an interactive website. I successfully built and led a proficient team, ensuring effective execution of brand strategies and product development. With a focus on financial management, I oversaw the project development budget and delivered detailed cash flow analyses to shareholders. Additionally, I initiated a groundbreaking One-For-One Initiative, providing webe kälms to conflict-affected children, showcasing my commitment to social impact. My responsibilities also extended to intellectual property management, where I directed successful trademark and patent applications, ensuring the protection of our innovations. Ultimately, I successfully delivered the project on time, achieving e-commerce and wholesale readiness.

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

With comprehensive oversight of key functions, including brand strategy, manufacturing, logistics, sales, marketing, finance, R&D, HR, IT, and sales channels, I have achieved significant success, doubling sales within the first year, establishing strategic 3PL warehouses, implementing advanced operational systems, recruiting top talent, managing a $6m budget with precision, and driving successful business development initiatives, including the launch of VAMO brand and Quiver Sports, achieving $6m in annual sales in the second year.

Chief Operations Officer

Developed and spearheaded a strategic initiative to consolidate six autonomously operated motorcycle dealerships into an integrated network, centralizing inventory management and accounting systems. Achievements include establishing an ERP system for streamlined financial reporting and inventory management, successfully accounting for 60k SKU’s and optimizing purchasing, interdealer inventory transfers, sales, and human resources management. Led the setup of corporate offices and a 30k ft2 warehouse, resulting in annual savings of $350k in fulfillment costs. Managed a team of 40+ personnel, overseeing an annual operating budget of $250m. Implemented a branded e-commerce platform, enhancing inventory turn per dealer by 150% and reducing excess P&A by $100m. Generated financial reports, conducted DCF business valuations for acquisitions, and actively participated in shareholder board meetings, providing strategic oversight, operational efficiency reporting, crisis management, and market analysis evaluation.

Managed admissions recruitment budget, marketing, day-to-day operations and coordination of all recruitment initiatives under direction of the Director of Admission.  

Associate Director of Admission

Completed audits including financial statement preparation, GL reconciliation for asset accounting, expenses, and payables across multiple industries including health care, food, energy and entertainment. Worked closely with firm Partners to analyze and establish protocol to correct discrepancies in financial documentation.
