Defy Lacrosse was organized to provide an environment for youth lacrosse players from all over the greater Portland Oregon area to continue to develop their skills and progress outside of the spring season.

I helped set the direction for the team logos and created a new team uniform that is specific to Box Lacrosse which will launch exclusively with the league.  
I continue to connect and work with partner brands and companies for league and team needs.

Team Sales for the Verbero Hockey line.  Custom team apparel and equipment.  I worked with teams and clubs to create specific product assortments unique to each of their needs.

Regional Sales

Responsible for product creation of the LEAN Lacrosse line from Brief to Go-To-Market.
Generated $150,000 in first year sales of the LEAN apparel line. 
Created team sales program to push additional traffic to retail resulting in 5,000 new customers.
Partnered with Teams, Schools and Clubs to build individual product assortments based on their budget and needs.

Product /Business Manager 

Responsible for leading the product creation process for team apparel from brief to Go-to-Market and generated $75,000 in short first season in sales for the Hystyk Brand.
Expanded the Adidas market share with teams and clubs by partnering with them on team apparel, footwear and equipment needs.

Created product presentations for Teams, Schools and Clubs for apparel, footwear and equipment.
Generated $475,000 in sales to teams and clubs.


Account Sales Manager - Lacrosse & Soccer

First to learn the new system while setting up the S16 account briefs and helped discover new  solutions and helped streamline processes.  
Worked closely with Key Account Marketing, Sales Management and Sales Representatives to support the product at the point of sale in the wholesale channel.
Partnered with Design for an integrated marketing message at the retail level.
Established positive relationships with key wholesale accounts in collaboration with the Key Account Marketing team through In-Store Marketing programs that support and enhance the company’s business and perception at the point of sale.  
Worked with the Retail Brand Marketing team to review design functionality and merchandising reality as it relates to the overall project mission and objectives. 
Developed new and innovative in store programs that will support the brand, initiatives, key categories, focus on styles, technologies and product launch packages.


In-Store Project Manager - Key Accounts

Drove sales for key strategic accounts (Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Sports Authority, etc)
Managed full-time specialty sales team that accounted for $12M of overall sales ($20M).
Analyzed sales data and inventory levels for all key accounts and full-time sale reps.
Created the 2015 Sales Budget, broken down by month, account and sales representative.

Responsible for training goalkeepers at every level within the club.  
Develop individual and/or group training sessions based on club/individual goalkeeper needs.

Goalkeeper Coach

Worked with the Community Basketball League (CBL) and Premier Basketball League (PBL) for league wide uniform and merchandise needs.
Created a sales program for the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) for uniform, camp and retail product needs.
Generated $350,000 in team sales in the PNW area.
