Relocated with family to The Netherlands then recruited by Converse to lead the €100M EMEA Apparel & Accessories Merchandising function for both owned and partner markets. Served as a bridge between the global product marketing engine and regional sales teams, managing the efficiency and profitability of seasonal apparel and accessories collections.
Managed and motivated a team of two direct and four indirect reports in setting seasonal merchandising strategy by gender, category and channel and guided the development of a regional GTM strategy and calendar. Created seasonal sell-in tools and led the bi-annual development of a Marketplace Capacity & Insights (MC&I) presentation for global product creation, ensuring global alignment and that consumer needs were met.
->Doubled apparel sales with Converse’s largest customer in Western Europe, and grew an acquired bag business by 30% in one season. Achieved by designing and positively guiding regional product creation processes and skillfully implementing seasonal strategies across territories and strategic accounts.

Joined The Clymb – an online retailer that offers discounted pricing on outdoor gear – in its early startup phase. As the company’s first Merchandise Director led day-to-day visual merchandising of The Clymb’s website and partnered with the buying team to create daily events to drive traffic.
->Created and launched Clymb 365, a shopping experience giving consumers access to brands’ entire inventory around the clock. This new offering delivered 30% of the company’s daily sales for FY13.
