Oversaw Operations and Strategy for Event
Directed and led project staff of 25 FTE and ~400 contractors. P&L responsibilities for $15M budget. Administered and oversaw project schedule and execution using agile methods. Evaluated and analyzed project performance to control risk and costs. Facilitated collaboration with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization in virtual and in-person settings. Negotiated and executed event agreements in collaboration with country-specific legal teams. Collected and used quantitative data to create estimates and cost/benefits models. Oversaw customer survey data analytics to drive project improvements. Established vendor relationships and negotiated service contracts including, independent contractors, content producers, and consumer research ?rms. Led government agency meetings to obtain permits and approvals. Headed annual digital projects; supervised data gathering and analysis for strategic AEG projects and apps; delivered feasibility reports for executive review and decision support.
