? Manage finances, tax/legal documentation and bank accounts for 50 Homeowner Associations.
? Process utilities/invoices received for payment in a timely manner. Prepare pay cycle binders for Board members
to easily review invoices paid.
? File Secretary of State forms and taxes as soon as notices are received.
? Establish new accounts for new and existing developments acquired. Update billing address with vendors.
? Offer assistance to all departments in the office at any rare instance that I have some down time.
? Open/close reserve and operating bank accounts. Update signature cards when Board members change.

? Provide stellar customer service, develop relationships with customers/co-workers and build customers for life.
? Maintain store appearance and merchandise presentation. Promote the Quiksilver way of life, values, and
beliefs and stay up to date on product knowledge.
? Works as a team player and always strive to do what is best for my team and the store.
? Perform register and merchandising duties, including purchases, returns and exchanges, re-stocking, merchandising floor sets.
