Customer Service Representative

Customer Service & Support

- Assist all customers for JibJab Media across multiple online and application brands, including JibJab.com, StoryBots.com, HelloSanta.com, and JibJab Messages.
- Resolve customer issues through various platforms for all inbound calls and emails; including general inquiries, billing, and technical support.
- Utilize upstanding methods of customer service to provide customers with a very personalized and professional response to resolve any and all concerns in a prompt, yet patient manner.
-Monitor social media and inquiries through Zendesk, or administrative usage of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to resolve customer or fan concerns in a very social media appropriate manner.



- Coordinate all aspects of new installations of security systems in the high-volume Los Angeles market
- Assign daily work schedules for over 50 technicians with varied skill sets for small business, resale, and custom homes sales divisions
- Assist managers in ensuring maximum productivity by providing operations support to technicians under high pressure
- Assisted in the roll out of new mobility tablets for technicians, which eliminated the need for work orders being printed, allowing technicians to begin their day in the field without coming to the office
- Set up monthly inventories for ADT trucks to ensure all parts and equipment have been costed accordingly 
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance for the Los Angeles area fleet 
- Provide daily and weekly reports to management 
- Manage heavy inbound/outbound calls
- Work closely with AR and sales teams to ensure contract compliance 


Installation Coordinator

-Physically sample, measure, and take the temperature of vessel’s tanks
 and shore tanks utilizing a variety of methods dictated by company and API procedures.
 -Calculates and reports quantities transferred and perform full
 reconciliation of same.
 -Accurately complete all required reports and forms.
 -Work in cooperation with client’s representatives, U.S. Customs, vessel personnel, government agents and shore facility personnel to insure accurate results are achieved.
 -Maintain regular communication with office.
 -Maintain knowledge and adhere to the latest industry and client
 procedures and standards as provided.
 -Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Statement of Integrity.
 -Assist in other branch duties as assigned (Dispatching, filing,
 sample disposal, etc.).


Inspector

-Responsible for developing and recommending sourcing strategies and
 objectives.
-Conduct value analysis for direct and indirect purchasing categories.
-Monitor program compliance and measure savings performance.
-Assist with the roll out of new purchasing initiatives.
-Work with AP and IT to help maintain a data warehouse and Master Vendor Program.
-Report directly to Senior Manager of Corporate Procurement.
