• Responsible for all customer inquiries, calls, emails, and support tickets. • Ensure our clients are happy with our service and our accounts are maintained up to date on a regular basis. • Responsible for managing a computer consulting office, and dispatching technician on a daily basis to customer sites for on-site Mac OSX technical support, and securing new business. • Responsible for all accounting services for Mac House Calls, including accounts receivables, accounts payable(s), payroll and year end tax preparations using QuickBooks software. • Responsible for hiring new technicians, and managing their daily schedules with our client’s needs. • Work directly with our managed services clientele to ensure all computers & software programs are properly maintained and each client is satisfied with our service. • Monitor the company’s production schedule performance, define variances and take corrective action. • Create & maintain service contracts for key customers, and ensure proper pricing for each account. • Manage company’s inventory database, for hardware products and key licensing information.
