Relationship Management:
•	Create and maintain professional and personal relationships with recruits, players, coaches, alumni, parents, and athletic department administration. 
•	Maintain relationships with 30+ student athletes to offer guidance and support regarding life outside of athletics including family, academics, post graduation, etc.
Coaching:
•	Create comprehensive practice and game plans, highlighting the skill set of all 30+ athletes.
•	Balance a pre-planned timeline with spur of the moment revisions to create a consistent yet dynamic environment.
Results:
•	Graduated largest class in USM Lacrosse history in 2013 (12 seniors).
•	Increased recruiting totals from zero under the previous coach to over 30 in three seasons.
