Lead Production Technician for a fast paced lighting studio specializing in niche designs often using LED technologies. Focus was on overcoming previous production issues w/ quality, flow of production and meeting deadlines, improving function and ease of assembly through rede- sign, safety and UL certification of new and experimental lighting.

Management of lumber inventory and allocation to various windsor chair, bench, settee, or table projects. Sole responsibility for wood selection and production/shaping of all seats in sync within parts department. Management of the parts department as the beginning of the produc- tion process, setting up for efficient flow through the next tasks assembling and finishing high quality hand-made furniture pieces.
