I am seeking out roles in marketing, brand management, content creation, partnerships or public relations. I am currently working towards my Master’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Digital Journalism at the University of Arizona. I have worked for Walt Disney World, the University of Wisconsin and the University of Arizona. In 2016, I graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

I was born and raised in Albany, NY with my parents and two older sisters. I enjoy traveling, keeping in touch with friends and family all over the country, playing tennis, swimming, discovering new music, cooking and reading. I currently reside in Tucson, AZ.

Organized all event logistics, including catering, AV and rentals for 25 events, including Board of Trustees meetings, donor
luncheons and conferences, while maintaining budgets of $5K to $75K and guest lists of 3000+ invitees
• Managed 2 interns, keeping track of their tasks and schedule, and also supported their professional development through
resume reviews, interview preparation and weekly Q&A sessions
• Managed communication with the 36 Board of Trustees members, including providing confidential materials, event invitations
and university updates. Set up Investment Committee voting sessions for financial decisions like moving stock options
• Created a bi-weekly calendar for regional U of A events supporting Regional Discovery and Development Officers around the US in enhancing their donor relationships and networking opportunities for newly established prospects
• Designed event invitations and corresponding websites using Unbounce and Adobe InDesign for 15 events
• Developed event planning, committee enaction and vendor list documents for other departments to refer to, reducing
questions fielded by our department by 30%
• Coordinated check requests, invoice payments, employee reimbursements, credit card reconciliations and budget approvals
while the department searched for a new administrator

Regional and Special Events Coordinator, Board & Donor Engagement

Worked with clients to plan and execute 100+ events ranging from banquets and fairs to weddings, as well as 500+ student
meetings and socials, in multiple facilities
• Worked in conjunction with my supervisor to hire 8 new interns. Revised our intern training program for the upcoming school
year, incorporating the re-opening of the Memorial Union building, a key event location
• Implemented new catering menus into our EMS software for the first time in the organization's recent history and worked with customers to seamlessly incorporate these new menus into their event
• As the lead event planner, collaborated with Dining Services, Marketing and Production teams to execute an 8-week Campus
Farmer's Market each Fall, with 8 local vendors and multiple campus organizations represented
• Worked to update and adapt event and finance policies and procedures in preparation of the Memorial Union's reopening.
Successfully renegotiated hundreds of contracts to meet updated policies

Event Planner, The Wisconsin Union

• Managed thousands of RSVPs for various special events, using them to create personalized event materials
• Collected and processed payments for 15+ events by collaborating with the McKale Ticket Office finance team
• Established and maintained relationships with campus groups and the general public to rent out the Museum for 100+ events
• Coordinated schedules and managed 13 fellow interns to successfully staff 100+ events, including event setup and tear-down
