My primary duties in this position include answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and keeping the office running smoothly. I am also in charge of receiving customer payments and making bank deposits, as well as performing light bookkeeping (entering transactions from bank statements, bank reconciliations, etc.). I am also responsible for scanning and filing all tax documents received from clients to prepare their tax returns, as well as assembling, logging and delivering all tax returns.

My duties at this job included greeting and seating customers, taking and entering in orders, cleaning and stocking supply rooms, break rooms, refrigerators and all working areas. My primary focus in this position was to provide the best service I could to customers to encourage them to return.

In this position, I was working both in a restaurant as well as various banquet halls for weddings and special events. While working in the restaurant at PVGC, I was responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring the club members were satisfied with their dining experience. While working in the banquet halls, we would serve large parties, tray pass wine and hors d'oeuvres, pour champagne for toasts, and make sure the party ran smoothly and was executed well.

I started this job while I was still in high school, so for the first few months I was a hostess and was in charge of answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling reservations, and cleaning the front areas and bathrooms. I was promoted to take-out where I was responsible for placing and fulfilling customer orders, which eventually led to me being promoted to server. While in this position, I was in charge of taking and placing orders for tables, promoting specials and happy hour items, and ensuring customers have a positive experience from start to finish.
