Responsible for the planning and coordination of all aspects of events for the company. Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. From organizing product selection for conventions, to organizing the logistics of getting product to and from the event, booth setup/tear down, handling relationships with the various vendors, and in charge of scheduling artist appearances at major events such as, Star Wars Celebration, Star Wars Weekends, San Diego Comic Con and D23. Responsible for updating various Facebook Pages and promotion for many books and documentaries. Also responsible for finding organizations to support projects and acquire some solid followers. Wrote press releases, pitch letters, and drafted Facebook and Twitter postings. Assisted the CEO with planning the various events for the premieres of different client projects.
