Responsibilities:
•   Brand Leadership
Define, develop and implement Retail Marketing Strategy plans across all marketing channels to successfully
accomplish business objectives, brand growth and build brand equity
Lead the Brand planning processes to achieve volume and profit targets across omni-channel retail outlets
Oversee development of advertising and media plans
Track and measure effectiveness of marketing programs through timeous execution of campaigns and post campaign
reporting
Understand and monitor market trends and competitor activity
Apply existing and new research methodologies to unlock customer insights
Drive and manage Advertising & PR Agency relationships
Establish new and strengthen existing brand partnership relationships with complimentary brands to extend reach and build awareness through sponsorship initiatives

Develop in-depth knowledge of each product category to craft meaningful product-based marketing strategies and communication collateral
Lead the content creation and distribution across owned and earned channels
Develop and oversee brand creative and merchandising development ensuring the brand is expressed consistently across all touchpoints
Build engagement across all social media and digital channels
