•	Leveraged extensive knowledge of multiple categories, fabric performance and product construction. Served as a key member of the execution of strategic global sourcing activities, including vendor and supplier selection, negotiation, quality control, and critical project management. 
•	Daily communication with overseas and domestic vendors to review development and production status, product integrity, import compliance, and on time deliveries.
•	Meticulously ensured proper fit, function, and pattern balance from salesman samples to production size runs by conveying product integrity message across overseas factories. 
•	Led and directed a team of 4 development and production coordinators to successfully launch Prom, Denim, Leather, Intimates, and Swimwear categories delivering more than $85 million of merchandise at cost annually. 


Sr. Product Development and Global Production Manager

•	Led the execution of production for Private Label accounts with action calendar plan from factory allocation through shipping. 
•	Implemented and communicated private label processes to new and existing factories/vendors. Updated private label accounts regulatory compliance and quality expectations, standards, processes, and published any relevant information.  Highlighted testing lab issues to factories and global compliance teams. 
•	Served as a key member of Kohl's private label production team. 
•	Developed 3 staff members to improve professional skills and understanding of the business with an eye for succession planning. 
•	Traveled extensively to maximize business opportunities, evaluated factory capabilities, and visited apparel operations in China. 


Sr. Import Production Manager –Private Label

Managed bulk production for import Knits for all Juicy Couture. Partnered with Fabric, R&D, technical design, and overseas offices to ensure T&A set dates were met. Managed costing for all import product according to set margin goals.

Import Production Manager

Worked with Merchandisers to executing the Juicy Couture line. Position managed a team to drive activities from execution to shipping the lines to domestic and international showrooms, and be responsible for key product development areas. 	Led strategy and development for new and improved execution processes for multiple lines, such as women’s, men’s, kids, and accessories.
