- Develop Sports Marketing strategy and processes for European markets
- Lead the delivery of Sports Marketing in Europe as part of the Mkt team & align with global brand strategy
- Develop, create , manage teams and athletes in order to drive awareness & brand desirability
- Managing events to ensure FOX has maximum exposure on local, National and International platforms

- Drive the sell-in process with FOX customers
- Assure adequate presence of the FOX brand in all points-of-sale 
- Expand the FOX brand, apparel and technical equipment through capture of new business

- Responsible for the reaching of the objectives and the sales budget assigned
- Put into practice the sales strategies of the company. To maintain and, in particular, increase the number of distribution points according to the criteria set for the segmentation policy
- Negotiate the sales conditions with the customers
- Monitor the market analyses and weekly forecasts of sell-in results
- Communicate the brand message and meets criteria agreed within brand/department
