Lead strategy, thought leadership & define KPI's for all areas of consumer marketing, including field,
shopper, social & partnership marketing with cross-functional leadership for PR & digital strategy,
contributing to a 43% total company growth in 2018 and YTD 71% growth for 2019.
* Initiated & actively manage a field marketing organization of 16 FTE's to execute with excellence
across the country in a scale-able and budget conscience manner against five core brand pillars,
annually activating more than 4,000 retail demos, 200 local events and 30 marque event activations.
Developed a social media influencer program to expand reach of brand and retail specific impact which
garners a minimum of 500K reach per month. Developed a 2018 NYC pop-up experience that garnered
more than $5MM in media for the brand in one month.
* Lead strategy, execution & analysis of all shopper marketing initiatives for nationwide retail expansion
across all channels, including Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, Costco, Kroger, Whole Foods, among
other regional chains. Utilize shopper platforms including Ibotta, News America, Utech, TMN,
Walmart Media & Catalina to develop a fully integrated shopper approach to launch and sustain
Bulletproof products in six categories. Work in partnership with VP of sales and SST for buyer sell-in and launch execution.
* Source, negotiate and manage strategic brand partnerships, initiating the brand being The Official
Coffee of the US Ski & Snowboard Team, brand spokesperson Nick Foles, social media partnerships
with Zachary Levi, Halle Berry, April Ross, among others.
* Create & analyze monthly digital campaigns for brand awareness and retail marketing, achieving an
impression range of 4MM-8MM monthly with an average ~ $2 CPC.
* Manage a DME budget of $4MM & headcount OPEX of $3MM annually.

Manage National field marketing strategy, execution & analysis for three brands, Hubert's Lemonade,
Hansen's Soda & Blue Sky Soda, in the Hansen's Beverage Group, a sub division of the Venturing & Emerging Brands division within Coca-Cola.
* Expand Hubert's Lemonade marketing program from four markets in 2015 to sixteen markets in 2017,
with an increase in full-time headcount from five to seventeen field marketers. Oversee all marketing
& digital activities that contributed to a 43% increase of brand growth during this time.
* Manage a DME budget of $4MM annually across the three brand's activation, inclusive of samples,
fleet, agency spend, event sponsorship, logistics & premiums.
* Work with Field Sales to support over 30 distributors across the country, including Independent, NSF
& Coca-Cola Bottling partners to contribute to double digit growth annually for the past two years.
* Plan and execute National experiential & digital marketing strategy for the three brands in the group,
including review of KPI's, CDI/BDI & ACV to determine new market expansion & launch plans.

Senior Marketing Manager
* Managed all marketing deliverables for Coca-Cola partnership with Special Olympics World Games,
the largest event in North America in 2015 with attendees from 177 countries.
* Coordinated and executed eighteen customer programs in a six-month period to support the Special

* Worked with prestige asset partners The San Diego Zoo, Safari Park & LEGOLAND for customer
programming, contract obligations and all marketing elements throughout our portfolio of brands.
Delivered against a minimum of 10 customer programs annually at key retailers across all channels
including McDonald's, SUBWAY, Ralph's and Wendy's.
* Managed annual marketing spend of $1.7MM with a productivity savings total of $233K in 2014.

Marketing Partnership Activation Manager
* Responsible for managing all field marketing activities & logistics for vitaminwater®, smartwater® & NOS brands, including event activation, opportunistic outreach, cause marketing and social media
across multiple territories.
* Created social media plan on a weekly/monthly basis tied to market activation and executed plan to garner impressions & consumer engagement. Track success metrics in a monthly reporting tool.
* Managed daily interaction with high level asset partners in the region to ensure contract elements are
met, customer programs developed & executed and overall business remains profitable.

Field Marketing Director

Developed marketing tactics to reach new populations and increase registration for AIDS/LifeCycle 11
event by 20% over year prior.
* Reviewed strategy for marketing efforts over past 10 years and develop updated plan for recruitment,
event outreach and promotion of the event for AIDS/LifeCycle 12.
* Fostered new relationships with entertainment & celebrity ambassadors to utilize in promotion of the event's marketing & advertising efforts, special emphasis on social media.

Interim Marketing & Communications Director

Built a National field marketing organization focused on grass roots efforts to support sales and build
