I’m a Brand Manager for three global nail brands, with experience in developing and bringing to market innovative, high quality products to the professional beauty industry.  For over the last three years, I have gained extensive experience in the world of color and product development for acrylics, traditional gel, gel polish as well as nail treatments and lacquer. 

Prior to my years at Aii, I excelled in the world of fashion, accessories and lifestyle public relations, representing global and domestic brands including Sanrio (Hello Kitty), Tommy Bahama, Raskullz, Live Clean (Baby) among others.  

When I’m not on the job, I love traveling the world, deciding on my next marathon (I've done 10, most recently New York), and spending time with Charley, my 9 year old yorkie, at dog beach or adding to his extensive bow tie collection.

•	Lead innovative and new beauty/nail specific product launches from initial development to bringing it to market (including developing pricing, positioning, packaging, etc), working collaboratively with various departments 
•	Analyze yearly & monthly sales data, promo sell through for various accounts and perform regular sku rationalization for all segments
•	Develop an in-depth strategic plan and promotional calendar through collaborative effort with category leaders to drive sales and maintain effective brand image and innovation
•	Manage Brand Initiatives: drives the brand by working with cross functional teams (Product Development, Packaging, Creative, Purchasing, Sales, Planning) progresses and tracks the development of all product initiatives and ensures timely launch within cost/margin objectives
•	Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share (domestic & international markets)
•	Monitor the brands performance, strengths and opportunities vs. category trends/key competitors and identify growth areas – distribution, product gaps etc. 
•	Create marketing collateral, PR, digital and website content and other marketing materials required to ensure messages are on brand and appropriate to the target audience
•	Work with the education team to develop and deliver comprehensive and targeted training programs for key customers and distributors
•	Develop presentation materials for the EzFlow brand and range of products, in addition to creating custom presentations for new distribution opportunities
•	Research and monitor competitive activity, market and consumer trends including trend forecasting for color, themes and inspirations

•	Partner with brand managers to develop innovative and market driven beauty products in the nail segment (domestic & internationally)
•	Support mangers to analyze current product mix and bring new products to market throughout the entire development process – creation, pre-approvals, testing, forecasting, planning, purchasing, production and shipping
•	Assist in developing and implementing market strategies, planning calendars, digital marketing plan, new product development and advertising plan
•	Setup, monitor and evaluate BOMs, marketing plans & financials, forecasts and order forms to maximize profitability and minimize cost
•	Work with sourcing department to minimize component cost to maximize profit margins
•	Create copy for product packaging, instructions, advertising, online banners and all marketing materials – catalogs, brochures, CAT Sheets
•	Assist on overall brand presentations to sales reps and distributors while gaining insight on current product performance and brand opportunities
•	Direct web & social media teams to maintain brand integrity and customer relationships through web updates & social media posts on online media sites
•	Travel, setup and support marketing team at regional and national sales meetings and trade shows throughout the year
•	Handle any production issues or requests (providing art files, labels and components)

Associate Brand Manager

•	Assist on developing color trends and seasonal collections including finalizing mood boards and shade names
•	Worked with the art dept to maintain brand image on all marketing collateral
•	Provided weekly reports of competitive research & trends within the fashion/beauty industry
•	Partner with Web department to maintain brand website, including uploading new products, updating copy & imagery
•	Supply imagery and copy to social media team for online media posts – including tips, product spotlights, editorial placements and color swatches
•	Distributed Sales team with marketing collateral, along with providing answers and support as needed
