I have over 18 years experience in the retail field, with five of those years being in the outdoor industry. My work history includes event planning, logistics and management experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.  I also have experience in the following; data management, budgeting, customer service and client services.

Handle all scheduling, employee acquisition, training and management. Create weekly purchase orders, manage budgets and attend trade shows. Compile and organize paperwork for accounting department and conduct all deposits. Interact and assist customers on a daily basis. Responsible for all merchandising, floor sets and window displays.  Blog and manage social media for the store.

Acted as a liaison between filmmakers and the Sundance Film Festival.  Coordination and distribution of all filmmaker benefits, including lodging, transportation, ticketing, credentials and stipends. Gathered and controlled all film information for various festival publications, as well as input and manage this information in the festival database.  During the festival, coordinate film screenings between theatre staff, transportation, attending filmmakers, entourage and press. Provide filmmakers and festival guests with the knowledge to successfully navigate the festival.

Festival Coordinator

Responsible for the proposal, planning and on-site coordination of corporate hospitality programs. Maintained and nurtured client relationships to insure event success and overall client satisfaction. Produced and managed schedules for the production of marketing communications, including; printed materials, websites and corporate gifts.  Coordinated and managed services for events, to include, but not limited to: vendor contract negotiations, staffing coordination, attendee registration, entertainment management, logistics, A/V, catering, security, accommodations and transportation coordination.

Account and Event Manager

Assisted with all aspects of concert promotion and production including management of the Ticketmaster system, creation of ticketing packages, VIP and donor relations, database management and implementation of event procedures and staffing.  Day of event responsibilities were made up of the following; setup of dressing rooms and green rooms, assisting with artist transportation and fulfillment of their contract requirements, oversight of sound and security setup, supervision and management of the entry gate and ticketing, VIP seating and special requests and event takedown.
