I believe engineering must be used to make the world a better place.  For this reason, I help people by creating and improving mechanical designs.  My experience includes identifying challenges, formulating solutions, making models, testing prototypes, and releasing designs for manufacture. I am interested in designing and manufacturing athletic equipment.

* Research grants to support scientific expeditions to catalog geology, flora, fauna, and hydrology
* Collaborate with board members to develop science and environmental focused grant sources 
* Contact grant institutions on behalf of Blueprint Earth
* Set up schedule to track grant deadlines using Salesforce software
* Write grant proposals

* Designed 3D-CAD models of beverage container manufacturing machinery
* Made technical drawings of models using ASME Y14.5-M 1994 GD&T for machinists
* Created product models and 3D-printing files for marketing departments in US and Germany
* Fixed software problems on department computers, and wrote software instruction manuals
* Inventoried, organised, and managed expenditures for metrology lab

* Translated models from JIS to ASME Y14.5-M 1994 GD&T for joint project with UCC
* Liaised with machinists to have parts manufactured
* Created 3D-CAD assemblies for factory training manuals
* Tested beverage containers for pressure, pasteurisation, and torque
* Translated research papers from German to English for department use

* Designed, manufactured, and repaired lecture demonstrations for Physics courses
* Set up demonstrations for CU Physics courses, outreach programs, and recruiting programs
* Presented demonstrations for CU Physics recruiting programs
* Installed and helped maintain computers for student use in Experimental Modern Physics Lab
* Inventoried, organised, and indicated materials to be ordered for Physics Learning Labs

* Set up instruments for fire assay, mass spectrometry, and metrology lab 
* Helped repair instruments 
* Performed fire assay and mass spectrometry analysis of dinosaur nest site materials
* Assisted in cupellation process to test ore samples

* Coached children, ages three to seven, as part of summer track and field program
* Taught healthy running form and stretching technique
* Modeled attitude for track and field competitions wherein athletes supported one another
* Encouraged a positive, prosocial team dynamic
