I’m a globally minded MBA graduate with a background spanning business consultancy, real estate project coordination, and social impact work. My experience supporting entrepreneurs, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering community-facing programs has shaped my passion for innovation that is both practical and people-centered. Through my Global MBA at the University of Gloucestershire, I specialized in entrepreneurship, design thinking, and innovation—developing skills in user research, journey mapping, and solution prototyping. I’ve since applied this mindset across roles involving strategic consultancy, and cross-functional coordination. I aim to grow upon my education in design thinking by assisting in the development customer centric innovative products and services. I’m particularly interested in roles that lead with an innovative mindset. I want to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, and create measurable local impact through innovation programs, partnerships, and inclusive design. Originally from the U.S. and now based in the UK, I’m committed to building a purpose-driven career at the intersection of innovation, collaboration, and community development.

- Created a new inventory tracking system that managed all orders going in and out of the regional warehouse.
- Implemented the NCCR inventory mapping project for the entire region.
- Responsible for keeping up to date records of disaster inventories for the Northern California Coast Region with the online map RCview.
- Assisted procurement with coding and filing invoices as well as reordering new supplies for the region.

Regional Inventory Lead 

An economic development NGO connecting Andean weavers and knitters of 9 cooperatives to the global market through the Awamaki store, wholesale and online or sustainable tourism, while empowering women through educational workshops.
- Managed all projects within the department and educated the other M&E volunteer on data analysis.
- Aggregated Artisans' income from purchase orders and analyzed the income data using Excel with visualizations.
- Developed a year over year income report explaining reasons for fluctuations in income for different cooperatives by finding links between artisan's production performance and product sales data.
- Created an M&E plan to reflect all 2019 strategic goals by organizing outcomes with their associated activities.
- Improved tourism data collection by creating a spreadsheet for all cooperatives involved in tourism activities.

Monitoring & Evaluation Lead

Project manager for construction projects on a 25-unit family owned complex in the Bay Area.
- Contracted repairs to the property's exterior, landscape as well as interior renovation to apartments.
- Worked with engineers to establish design plans while hiring general contractors for major rebuilds.
- Applied for permits to the building division and facilitated corrections in accordance with building codes.
- Created construction reports to ensure costs stay within budget and projects are finalized in a timely manner.

- Replaced retail walls with new merchandise by utilizing detailed planograms to correctly match SKU numbers, product displays and advertisements to showcase the brand’s new season products.
